My rule of thumb: you should be drinking half your body in water, in ounces, everyday. So we’ll use 120 as an easy example; for 120 pound person, they should consume 60 ounces of water a day. Strawberry Orange & Rosemary Infused water
Ingredients
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 1 medium sized orange
- 6 sprigs of rosemary
- 1 gallon of water
- 3 large ball jars filled 3 quarters of the way with purified water
Instructions
Wash the strawberries, the orange, and the rosemary.
Remove the green tops from the strawberries, and thinly slice.
Slice the orange into pieces that will fit inside the ball jar.
Grab the 3 ball jars with purified water, and add the sliced strawberries and oranges. Divid it all up evenly among the water. Then take 2 sprigs of rosemary and add them to the joe. Cover each jar individually, then place them in the fridge.
