Hydration keeps all of your systems and organs running smoothly. Sufficient water intake improves digestion and affects you hair, skin and nails. That’s why it’s important to consume 75-100 ounces per day, but also to drink it at the right times. The benefits of water are well documented, so to get the most out of it, start paying attention to when you drink it, and when you should drink it.

Right After You Rise in the A.M. Hours

If you want to take full advantage of cool and refreshing water, you should drink it right after you rise early in the A.M. Before Eating Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
